Casper’s Local Towing Company is Select Towing & Recovery. We are hiring! With 40 plus years combined experience, we are Casper’s Preferred Choice when it comes to any tow services from heavy tows to medium and light tows.  Our employees complete the Wreckmaster Training and continue education classes.

We’re looking for fast, reliable, friendly, experienced drivers. Drivers who can dispatch quickly and provide a reliable tow service, keeping the client in mind. We provide services from highway breakdowns to commercial and oilfield winchouts.

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior Heavy Tow Experience in towing & recovery operations
  • We will consider training ONLY people who have experience in a related field
  • Valid CDL License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Heavy Tow Certification
  • TIMS Certification
  • Self Motivated / Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

  • On call all hours
  • Quick Response to call outs
  • Obeying traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Mechanical Skills
  • Truck Maintenance

In addition, applicants must have personal transportation. Drug screenings will be required and driving records will be checked.

Our Services Offered

Flat Tow

In a flat tow, the car is towed with all four wheels rolling. A tow bar or specific hitch is used. This method is mostly used on four-wheel drive vehicles. However, the impact can damage the transmission and drive train.

Wheel-lift Towing

Wheel-lift towing is a common way to tow lighter vehicles or used when towing for a shorter distance. Using a hydraulic lift, a metal yoke is attached to the front or rear wheels. The car is then lifted off the ground and safely secured to a tow truck, then towed to the specified location.

Flat Bed Tow

The car or vehicle is secured onto the flatbed trailer. Then the trailer is attached to a semi or tow truck and hauled. This process is for cars that need long distance transportation or are incapable of driving. Therefore, this method is better on the engine and car as whole than a flat tow.
